		<description>Agreed.  I&#039;ve learned to love critiques and roundtable readings of my work.  Not only does it give me a chance to hear if people are &quot;getting it&quot;, it&#039;s a chance to improve on my work.

We&#039;re not in SK yet, still waiting for recruiters to offer us a job.  It&#039;s been an annoying process.

Also, we&#039;re considering Lindsay taking a job and me coming along and working as a freelance writer, knocking out comic scripts.  We&#039;ll see what happens.</description>

		<description>brian made me read this.  glad he did.  what you said about humility in the process and a certain degree of pride in the final product really resonates with me.  in songwriting, the process is painful, critiques are looked at with dread and hope and eagerness, but when it&#039;s ready to show the song, you gotta do it with the utmost certainty that this is IT, otherwise no one else will believe you.
